If you submit a job application, either for an advertised or speculative position we collect the information provided. By submitting your application you are consenting to ALD holding and using it in accordance with this notice.

where do we store your information?

Your details are stored on a secure cloud based platform when you sign up to our mailing list. By providing personal details during your registration you are consenting to the use of those details for the purposes of identifying you as a unique user.

We use a third-party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver our newsletters. For more information, please refer to Mailchimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.

The information which you have provided for recruitment is transferred to our secure server. This information is not used for any other purposes other than recruitment and in the event of a job offer your information will be transferred to our staff file.

When you provide personal information through a job application, we will use your CV, portfolio and cover letter to determine if your application will be shortlisted. We may then contact you via email or telephone about your application.
